Your privacy
EverHaven Care LLC runs everhavencare.com. This page explains what information the website collects, why, and what we do with it. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
What you tell us
Our forms ask for your contact details (name, phone and email), your role, and general details such as funding type, care needs, age range and move-in timing. We use this information only to respond to you, to arrange a tour or assessment, and to send the guide or referral packet you asked for.
Please do not include a client's name, date of birth or diagnoses in any form. We collect clinical details by phone or secure fax.
When you send a form, it is delivered to our inbox at info@everhavencare.com through Web3Forms, an email delivery service, and logged in a private Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account. Only EverHaven staff can see it.
Visit statistics
To understand which pages and buttons help families and case managers, the site counts visits and actions such as tapping the phone number, playing the video or opening the photo gallery. These statistics:
- use no cookies and no advertising or tracking pixels
- never record your IP address or the contents of any form
- note only general details such as the website or search engine that sent you, and whether you are on a phone or a computer
- use a random visit code that your browser deletes when you close the tab
Other services on the site
Tour booking uses Google Calendar appointment scheduling, and the 3D tour is hosted by Matterport. When you use them, Google's or Matterport's own privacy policies apply to what you share with them.
How long we keep it, and your choices
We keep inquiries as long as we need them to respond to you and for our normal business records. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you sent. Email info@everhavencare.com or call (651) 350-7411.
This website is meant for adults and is not directed to children.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The site uses clear headings, text descriptions for photos, labeled form fields, strong color contrast, keyboard-friendly controls and reduced motion when your device asks for it.
The Google Calendar booking tool and the Matterport 3D tour come from other companies, and we cannot fully control how accessible they are. If anything on the site is hard to use, call us and we will help you book, refer or get information by phone.
